Training

To those new to archery we offer an introductory course of six lessons with all equipment supplied. A selection of new equipment was brought recently to add to the equipment we already had thanks to a grant from the National Lottery Charities Board.

This years course is full, the next training course will begin June 2009.
E-mail* us if you want to be considered if space frees up this year, please include your location (and age if under 18 - see below) otherwise please try other local clubs.

The 6 lessons will be about 1½ hours each, the cost of the course is £36, and held on Wednesday and Friday evenings at Osterley Sports Club, Tentelow Lane - see the When & Where page for a map.

There are many Clubs around so you shouldn't have to travel too far, the GNAS can help you find a local Club or our When and Where page lists some other Clubs around West London.

See the What's the cost page for an idea of the cost once you've completed the beginners course.

Juniors / under 18s

Ages 10 and above welcome - however all juniors MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times when attending the Club. This applies even after the junior has finished the training course and joined the Club so will be a major commitment by the adult who we would encourage to give archery a go as well !
